The Arcane Registry is an independent community platform and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Goodman Games or any other publishers whose products appear on our platform.

Service Description

The Arcane Registry provides tools for tabletop RPG collectors to:

• Catalog and organize personal game collections
• Create wishlists of desired items
• Share collections with other users
• List items for potential sale or trade in the Goblin Market
• Browse product information for reference purposes

Adventurer's Code of Conduct

As a user of the Arcane Registry, you agree to:

• Be Truthful: Provide accurate information about items in your collection
• Be Respectful: Treat other users with courtesy and respect
• Be Lawful: Not use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Be Fair: Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Be Responsible: Maintain the security of your account credentials

Goblin Market Trading Post

The Goblin Market is a listing service only. By using this feature, you understand and agree that:

• The Arcane Registry does NOT facilitate, process, or guarantee any transactions
• All negotiations and transactions occur directly between users
• You are solely responsible for verifying the legitimacy of other parties
• The Arcane Registry is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages
• Listings are for reference only and do not constitute binding offers
• You must comply with all applicable laws regarding sales and trades

Intellectual Property

All product names, images, and descriptions displayed on the Arcane Registry are the property of their respective publishers and are used for reference purposes only. We claim no ownership over these materials.

User-generated content (collection names, notes, etc.) remains the property of the user who created it, but by using our Service, you grant us a license to display and share this content as part of the Service's functionality.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Reasons for termination may include:

• Violation of the Code of Conduct
• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Abuse of the Service or other users
• Legal violations or copyright infringement
